Anyone can create 5 floor plans for free, to experience the planner and understand if it fits the requirements. The planner also offers extra premium functions, which can be used for a small monthly fee.

Free Account
The free account is ideal for individuals who want to visualize a dream home or a remodeling project and anyone who wants to test drive PlanningWiz prior to purchasing a subscription. No credit card is required in order to create a free account.

Creating a free account allows you to fully draw, decorate, and save five floor projects, in both 2D and 3D.

However, the floor plans can only be manipulated within the space planner, as printing, exporting and emailing are restricted.

Grow Subscription
The Grow subscription is ideal for freelancers and in-house professionals looking to create and take out high-end 2D and 3D floor plans.

The Grow subscription allows you to fully plan, save and decorate unlimited 2D and 3D floor projects. The created floor plans can be taken out by printing, emailing or they can be exported at a medium resolution (PDF, SVG and image formats). If you don’t have enough time do create the floor plans by your own, you can receive a 25% discount on our floor design services.

However, you will not be able to upload a blueprint and use it as a background when drawing your floor plan. Also, the options to add your logo, disclaimer and a text on the floor plans are locked.

Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription is ideal for professionals in the need to create high-end 2D and 3D floor plans to view and share with their customers. This is a high-end subscription to PlanningWiz which includes professional features, plus discounts on services.

This subscription allows you to create and save unlimited 2D and 3D floor plans, either from scratch or by uploading a background plan. You are able to take out high quality floor plans in various formats (emailed, printed, high-resolution exports as PDFs, SVGs or images), to brand the floor plans with logo and texts. Pro subscribers also get 25% discount to our floor plan design services.
